Project Description

Recovery is the key to optimizing athletic potential.  The better recovery we can put in place for an athlete, the harder they can train and the better they will perform.  Reduction in the number of stressors placed on the athlete is the key strategy that most health and fitness professionals are not paying attention to, but is the fastest and easiest way to improve athletic performance.

Stressors can be found in either physical, chemical, or emotional forms and by analyzing and reducing them you can create an internal environment of supreme health which is the best way to create the super athlete. This presentation will show you not only how to comprehensively analyze recovery potential, but will also give you strategies to implement with your clients right away!
